I haven't been keeping up with the blog or the brewing. My Irish Red spent an extra week and a half in primany than I had planned. It's got about a week to go before I can open a bottle.

I stopped by the LHBS tonight and picked up the goods for my next brew. I re-pitching the Heffe yeast again into a Weizenbock.

9lb Dry Wheat Extract

1/4 Chocolate Malt
1/4 Chrystal
3/4 German Munich

2oz Spalt (60 min) 3.5%
1oz Tettnanger (30 min)
1oz Mt Hood (5 min)
