I brewed and Alt recipe but I pitched US-05 yeast so it's not really an Alt.
9lb Pilsner
3lb Munich
1lb Wheat
.125lb Chocolate
2oz Spaltz 60min
2oz Spaltz 15min
1.070 O.G.E

I'll probably do an Alt with US-05. Hope yours turned out well.
